About the Role :

We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience across modern web stacks. The ideal candidate thrives in agile environments and excels at architecting scalable, resilient applications powered by modern front-end, robust backend services, and efficient NoSQL data stores. This is a full-time, office-based position for a fast-growing technology team in Bangalore.

Core Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications with seamless end-to-end functionality.

- Develop high-quality front-end interfaces using React JS or React Native (minimum 3 years experience).

- Architect and implement scalable backend APIs/services with Java, PHP, Python, or .Net (minimum 5 years experience).

- Model and optimize NoSQL databases for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers throughout the SDLC.

- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize across front-end, backend, and database layers.

- Proactively research and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of relevant full stack development experience.

- Front-end : React JS or React Native (minimum 3 years).

- Backend : Java or PHP or Python or .Net (minimum 5 years).

- Database : Proven expertise with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.).

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, version control (Git), agile processes, and CI/CD workflows.

- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities.

- Good verbal and written communication for effective team collaboration.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to GraphQL, TypeScript, or cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Experience integrating third-party services, performance tuning, and implementing security best practices.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
