Full Stack Developer - React.js/Next.js

Were looking for a frontend-leaning Full-Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of creative, AI-powered tools. Youll work end-to-endfrom early product ideas all the way to polished production experiencescrafting fast, delightful interfaces that empower creators to tell stories using generative AI.

This role is ideal for engineers who care deeply about UI/UX, enjoy building editor-like experiences, and want to collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and AI engineers to shape a new creative medium.

What Youll Do :

- Own features from concept to production across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers. Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using React and Next.js.

- Build and maintain backend APIs, data models, and services that power real-time creative workflows.

- Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability across the entire stack.

- Craft fast, elegant, and pixel-perfect UIs that feel intuitive and inspiring to use.

- Implement complex, editor-style interactions (timelines, canvases, modals, panels, previews).

- Work closely with designers to translate Figma designs into high-fidelity production UI.

- Establish and evolve component libraries and design systems.

- Connect frontend and backend flows to AI models for characters, voices, visuals, and scenes.

- Build responsive interfaces for prompting, generation, iteration, and previewing AI outputs.

- Handle async workflows, streaming responses, progress states, and error recovery gracefully.

- Collaborate with AI engineers to prototype and ship new creative capabilities quickly.

- Turn complex creative workflows into intuitive, modular UI/UX patterns.

- Make thoughtful tradeoffs between power and simplicity for creators of varying skill levels.

- Continuously improve usability based on user feedback, testing, and product metrics.

- Instrument features to track engagement, story completion, generation speed, and retention.

- Analyze usage patterns and iterate on features to improve creator success.

Experience & Technical Skills :

- 1 to 5 years of experience building full-stack web products, with a strong frontend focus.

- Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend tooling (Next.js preferred).

- Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, or similar).

- Comfort working with databases, background jobs, queues, and async systems.

- Familiarity with performance optimization, state management, and frontend testing.

- Strong eye for design and deep appreciation for pixel-perfect execution.

- Ability to think in systems: spacing, typography, motion, and interaction patterns.

- Experience collaborating closely with designers and iterating on UI/UX details.

- Excitement for creative tools, media creation, or editor-like software.

- Enjoyment of rapid prototyping and shipping early, then iterating based on feedback.

- Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and shaping solutions collaboratively.

- Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership over shipped features.
