What We're Looking For :

Core Skills :

- Proven experience in Full Stack Development

- Strong in JavaScript, React, Node.js

- REST APIs and backend development using Express.js, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL

- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like Redux, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD tools, AWS or GCP

- Good understanding of system design, caching, and scalable architecture

- Unit testing & debugging using tools like Jest, Mocha, etc.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain scalable web applications from concept to deployment

Collaborate with product & design teams for feature implementation

Optimize performance, ensure code quality, and maintain clean architecture

Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement
