About the Role :

- Build robust backend services using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration across services.

- Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and cloud infrastructure management.

Technical Requirements :

Must Have :

- Strong expertise in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework

- Solid experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, modern frontend practices)

- Experience building RESTful APIs

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases

- Experience using Git version control

- Understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture

Good to Have :

- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, or Lambda

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux / Zustand / React Query)

- Knowledge of microservices architecture

- Exposure to healthcare systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or HL7/FHIR standards

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
