About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies, excellent communication skills, and a good grasp of software design and architecture principles.

Youll play a key role in building scalable, high-performing web applications that deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Architect system components with an emphasis on maintainability, reusability, and performance.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and technical guidelines.

- Work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

- Proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions.

Required Skills :

- Frontend : Strong experience with React.js / Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Backend : Proficiency in Python with frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI.

- Database : Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- API : Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Architecture : Solid understanding of system design, microservices, and modular architectures.

- DevOps : Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.

- Testing : Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools and frameworks.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to serverless architectures or container orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.

- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
