Full Stack Developer - Python/Django

Working Days - 6 days work week

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience in Python and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services using Python (preferably with Django or Flask) and creating responsive, interactive frontends using React.js.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend services and APIs using Python (Django).

- Build and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.

- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.

- Follow agile development methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Django.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, along with a good understanding of modern frontend tools and libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router, Webpack).

- Proficient in RESTful API development and integration.

- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.

- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.

- Experience working with version control tools like Git.

- Basic understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of unit testing and test automation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
