The Opportunity :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend engineering and solid experience in building modern, scalable web applications. In this role, you will work across Node.js/TypeScript backend services and React/Next.js frontends while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integration-heavy, reliable, and high-performing applications for global customers.

Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain backend microservices using Node.js and TypeScript, delivering highly scalable and secure REST APIs.

- Develop integration-heavy backend modules including POS adapters, payment gateway SDK/API integrations, and third-party logistics/aggregator connectors.

- Build robust frontend applications using React/Next.js for customer-facing and admin-facing use cases.

- Work with databases and caching layers including PostgreSQL, Redis, and implement queuing systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Design and implement reliable integration pipelines involving retry logic, idempotency, reconciliation, and monitoring.

- Implement mobile-friendly backend patterns such as BFF for Mobile, notification workflows, and secure QR-based login flows.

- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams in planning, development, and release cycles.

- Contribute to DevOps workflows including Docker-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based orchestration.

- Ensure high-quality coding standards, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices.

- Stay updated on modern full-stack technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

To be successful in this role, you should possess :

- Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience : 4 - 8 years of full-stack development experience with strong backend engineering expertise.

- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and microservices-based architectures.

- Solid frontend development experience using React/Next.js.

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and distributed system patterns.

- Experience working on integration-heavy systems such as POS, payments, logistics, or other external APIs.

- Deep understanding of API security, scalability, performance tuning, and modern integration practices.

- Familiarity with mobile integration patterns and backend patterns like BFF for Mobile.

- Working knowledge of DevOps concepts - Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).

- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

- Prior experience in a customer-facing or consulting capacity.
