Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

Fullstack Developer

Experience : 5 - 7 years

Location : Remote

Role Overview :

The client organization is looking for a full-stack engineer to help maintain and evolve the companys web applications and website. Youll work closely with the founding team to ensure their systems are secure, scalable, and reliable as they grow.

Responsibilities :

- Own CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (primarily on GCP)

- Ensure applications meet high standards of security, performance, and scalability

- Collaborate on system architecture and design decisions

- Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve app reliability and developer experience

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Strong experience in modern web app development (frontend + backend)

- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and common frontend tooling

- Solid backend experience with Node.js/Express, REST APIs, and security best practices

- Hands-on with PostgreSQL (schema design, connection pooling, health monitoring)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Docker-based deployments, and Firebase integration

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation

- Strong grasp of authentication/authorization, secrets management, and app hardening

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to have :

- Experience with cloud storage, secret management, and monitoring/alerting tools

- Background working with AI/LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, xAI) or interest in learning

- Prior experience in a fast-moving startup environment
