About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies and .NET-based backend/API development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development (Web Technologies) :

- Develop responsive, scalable, and accessible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Build modern web applications using React.js and state management libraries such as Redux.

- Implement responsive UI styling using Tailwind CSS.

- Ensure compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and maintain cross-browser compatibility.

- Write robust unit and integration tests using Jest.

- Manage frontend tooling and build processes using Webpack, NPM, and Node.js.

- Optimize application performance and maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code architecture.

Backend / API Development (.NET) :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET, and C#.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and support GraphQL implementations where applicable.

- Work with both modern and legacy services, including WCF and SOAP-based services.

- Implement server-side rendering and dynamic views using Razor.

- Handle data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.

- Ensure proper implementation of HTTP protocols, API security, authentication, and error handling.

- Collaborate with frontend teams on API contracts, integrations, and performance optimization.

- Develop and maintain applications that run across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.

General Responsibilities :

- Participate in code reviews and adhere to software development best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the full technology stack.

- Work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.

- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

Frontend Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Redux.

- Strong experience with Tailwind CSS for modern UI development.

- Expertise in Webpack, NPM, and Node.js for frontend tooling and package management.

- Good understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.

- Experience in writing frontend tests using Jest.

Backend / API Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in C# and .NET technologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.

- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs, GraphQL, WCF, and SOAP services.

- Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, API security, XML, JSON, and backend integrations.

- Experience in building scalable web applications and services across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.

Preferred Qualifications :
