We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET, React, and Azure to lead end-to-end application development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, team mentoring, and delivery ownership across the full software development lifecycle.

You will work closely with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full-cycle design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.

- Architect and develop web applications, APIs, and microservices using C#, .NET Core / .NET 8, React, Azure, and SQL.

- Guide and mentor development teams; handle technical and non-technical queries.

- Review software architecture, design documents, and ensure adherence to SOLID principles and best practices.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies : sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Own project delivery metrics including dashboards, burn-down charts, velocity, roadmaps, and status reporting.

- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

- Design and implement Microservices and Micro-Front-End (MFE) architectures.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and cloud infrastructure.

- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and observability.

- Support production operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting for high-availability systems.

Technical Skills Required :

- 6+ years of full stack development experience

- Strong hands-on experience with :

i. C#, .NET Core / .NET 8

ii. React.js / React Native, Redux

iii. Microservices, RESTful APIs

iv. Azure Cloud (App Services, AKS, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Redis, VM, CDN, App Insights)

v. SQL & Database Design

- Experience with DevOps & CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, TFS)

- Knowledge of Docker & Containers

- Experience with TypeScript, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, Material UI

- Exposure to Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot is a plus
