Position- Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack- MERN Stack)

Experience- 3+ Years (hands-on exp. On MERN Stack)

Location : Hyderabad (WFH)

Role Purpose :

Seeking a senior full-stack engineer with 3+ years of hands-on MERN experience (React.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB) to build scalable, performant web applications end-to-end, from responsive UI to robust APIs and data layers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate wireframes/mockups into responsive, accessible UIs with clean integration to backend REST APIs.

- Develop backend services with Node.js/Express, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

- Write maintainable code with unit tests and contribute to test coverage targets.

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and assist in reviews.

- Use Git and Bitbucket effectively for branching, reviews, and CI-integrated workflows.

- Own features across design, development, deployment, and monitoring.

- Research and introduce modern tools, patterns, and practices to improve developer experience and system design.

Core Skills :

- Strong Data Structures and Algorithms fundamentals.

- Proficient in System designing, OOP principles, DOM manipulation, and event handling.

- Proven full-stack delivery using React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.

- Solid experience integrating third?party libraries and resolving dependency conflicts.

- Clear communication and effective team collaboration.

Nice to Have :

- Web performance optimization experience (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).

- Working knowledge of SEO principles for SPAs/SSR.

- Manging Deployments and related architectures.

Education :

- B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree.

Technical Proficiency :

- Frontend : NextJS, React.js, Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery.

- Backend : Node.js, Express, REST, JSON, API development.

- Databases : MongoDB, MySQL.

- Quality : Unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

- UX : UI/UX collaboration, web design fundamentals.

- Cloud : AWS, Vercel, Render.
