We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer Lead with a strong frontend focus on React and solid backend expertise in Java. The role involves leading development efforts, building scalable applications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Skill Mix :

- 70% Frontend : React.js / Next.js

- 30% Backend : Java, Spring, Spring Boot

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot

- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js or Next.js

- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries using Oracle DB

- Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services

- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability

- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js / Next.js

- Solid backend development experience in Java and Spring Boot

- Good understanding of Oracle DB and SQL optimization

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
