Hiring : Full Stack Developer (Backend + Frontend)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern, high-performance frontend applications. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions.

Tech Stack & Skills :

- Strong experience in Java or Golang (Spring / Spring Boot)

- Hands-on expertise with React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Experience in RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture

- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

- Familiarity with GraphQL, Jaeger, and monitoring tools

- Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns & security best practices

Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable backend and frontend solutions

- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability

- Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues

- Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
