About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and intuitive frontend interfaces. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java/Golang, React.js, microservices, and cloud environments while contributing to architecture decisions, performance optimization, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable backend services using Java/Golang

- Build responsive and performant front-end interfaces using React.js

- Write clean, reusable, secure, and well-documented code

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and engineering

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues

- Implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks

- Mentor junior developers and ensure engineering best practices

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong experience in Java/Golang, React.js, HTML, CSS & JavaScript

- REST API development experience

- Hands-on with databases : SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL/NoSQL

- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins)

- Knowledge of GraphQL, Jaeger, and secure coding practices

- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns & agile methodologies

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Strong analytical skills, good communication skills & ability to work independently
