About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer who can own features end-to-endacross frontend, backend, infrastructure, and deployment. In this role, you will architect complex systems, integrate with modern AI orchestration frameworks, build scalable backend services, and ensure production-grade reliability. You will also mentor junior engineers, uphold engineering best practices, and contribute to shaping high-performing technical culture.

Key Responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Feature Ownership

- Architect, design, and develop features across React frontend and Python/Java backend services.

- Ensure seamless integration, performance, and maintainability across all system layers.

2. AI Orchestration & Integration

- Integrate with AI/LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Dify, and LangChain.

- Build scalable pipelines and APIs that connect model inference, vector stores, and application layers.

3. Database & Storage Design

- Design, optimize, and maintain databases including PostgreSQL, Milvus, PGVector, and AI Search backends.

- Implement indexing, query optimization, and efficient storage for large-scale AI workloads.

4. System Architecture & Best Practices

- Architect systems for high availability, scalability, security, and extensibility.

- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and enforce best-in-class engineering practices.

5. Leadership & Mentorship

- Mentor junior engineers on coding standards, GitHub workflows, architecture, and DevOps practices.

- Guide teams on maintainability, clean code, and effective documentation.

Requirements :

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- Strong hands-on experience with React or Angular (frontend).

- Proven backend skills in Python and/or Java.

- Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed data systems.

- Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and system architecture.
