Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

Mandatory Skills :

- ReactJS Frontend development with modern frameworks

- MySQL / NoSQL Database design and optimization

- Microservices & REST APIs (3+ years)

- Proven expertise in distributed systems

- GraphQL (1+ year)

- Experience in building and consuming GraphQL APIs

Nice-to-Have Skills (Expected Level 2 Intermediate) :

Responsibilities :

- Communicate technology vision and product strategy effectively with stakeholders and leadership.

- Build scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise-grade systems.

- Write performant, reliable, and testable code with robust monitoring and alerting.

- Conduct design/code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices in scalability and performance.

- Analyze and optimize system efficiency, scalability, and stability.

- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Expertise & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in developing systems using Java, PHP, C++, or JavaScript technologies (ReactJS is required).

- Strong MySQL (and/or NoSQL) expertise in database management and optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL.

- Strong knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
