Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong AI orientation to design and build next-generation fintech products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies, along with exposure to AI/ML-driven systems. You will play a key role in developing scalable, high-performance applications and integrating intelligent features into core product offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications for fintech use cases

- Build and integrate AI-driven features into web applications and backend services

- Develop scalable and high-performance systems using modern architectures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and design

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across frontend and backend layers

- Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security

- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, web development, and fintech

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3- 8 years of experience in full stack development

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Python

- Experience working with REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, frameworks, or integrating AI models into applications

- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Experience with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in fintech or financial services domain

- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation systems

- Candidates from top-tier institutes preferred
