We are looking for an innovative Full Stack Engineer (VP level) to drive the development of enterprise-grade solutions powered by Generative AI and agentic workflows.

You will play a key role in building scalable platforms that enhance automation, reduce operational risk, and improve efficiency across business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engineer and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions with a strong product mindset

- Build and integrate agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered applications

- Drive adoption of Generative AI solutions across enterprise platforms

- Design scalable, high-performance systems using modern engineering practices

- Collaborate across teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing ecosystems

- Develop REST/WebSocket APIs and scalable backend services

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and MLOps practices

- Promote Agile, lean delivery, and iterative development approaches

- Partner with third-party vendors to evaluate and implement best-fit solutions

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong programming expertise in Python & Java (JS/TS or Golang is a plus)

- Solid understanding of LLMs, transformers, agentic frameworks, and vector databases

- Hands-on with Spring Boot, Flask, LangChain, LangGraph, MLflow

- Experience with ReactJS / Streamlit for UI development

- Strong knowledge of API design (REST/WebSockets)

- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

- Familiarity with Kafka / JMS / MQ

- Cloud exposure : AWS / GCP / Azure

- DevOps & Infra : Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm

- CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Gradle

- Experience building large-scale distributed systems

- Exposure to AI coding assistants (Copilot, Devin)

Experience & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in technology or high-growth environments

- Strong experience in Agile, product engineering, and scalable system design

- Proven ability to deliver complex enterprise solutions end-to-end

- Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred) in a relevant field
