About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled WordPress + Full Stack / Automation Developer who can design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications and websites.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WordPress customization, API integrations, front-end & back-end development, and automation scripting to streamline deployment and performance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins as per business requirements.

- Build responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites with high performance and security standards.

- Handle end-to-end development from front-end UI to back-end logic and database integration.

- Automate deployment, backup, and update processes for WordPress environments.

- Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and payment gateways with WordPress platforms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress sites, plugins, hosting, and performance.

- Implement caching, CDN, and code optimization to improve site loading time.

- Collaborate with designers, QA, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Stay current with new WordPress features, technologies, and best practices.

Technical Skills Required :

WordPress Expertise :

- Deep understanding of WordPress core, REST API, and hooks/filters.

- Hands-on experience with WP-CLI, Gutenberg, and ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).

- Front-End : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery (React/Angular preferred).

- Back-End : PHP (strong), Node.js/Python (optional but preferred).

- Database : MySQL / MariaDB.

- Automation : GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.

- Server & Hosting : cPanel, AWS, or similar cloud environments.

- Version Control : Git / Bitbucket.

- Bonus : Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor API, or multisite setup.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset.

- Attention to detail with a focus on performance and user experience.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

- Proactive communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced team.

Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Equivalent practical experience also considered.
