Position : Oracle Technical Program Manager - Lead Technical Consultant

Experience : 10+ years

Work Mode : Hybrid

Work Shift : US Shift (7 : 00 pm to 3 : 00 am IST)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a program or project management role, a strong technical background, and a proven track record of leading complex Oracle programs. This role is for a strategic leader who will manage the entire lifecycle of large-scale Oracle transformation initiatives, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution across global teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Program Leadership & Delivery : Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex Oracle-based programs. This includes managing initiatives related to Oracle EBS R12.x, Oracle Cloud, and large-scale integrations or custom development projects.

- Technical Management : Leverage a strong technical background in Oracle PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Forms/Reports, and Interfaces/APIs to guide and oversee technical teams. You will ensure that all technical solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with program objectives.

- Stakeholder & Team Management : Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across both technical and business domains. You will be responsible for stakeholder management, problem-solving, and providing strong communication to all parties involved, including global delivery centers and offshore teams.

- Project Lifecycle Oversight : Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including SDLC, with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Your responsibilities will also include supporting test planning, coordinating UAT, and overseeing production rollouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of professional experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud environments, with a minimum of 5 years in a program or project management role.

- Strong technical background in Oracle PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Forms/Reports, and Interfaces/APIs.

- Proven experience in managing ERP implementations, upgrades, or large-scale Oracle transformation initiatives.

- Familiarity with key Oracle modules, including Financials, SCM, HCM, or Projects.

- A solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Experience with global delivery models and coordinating with offshore teams.

Preferred Skills :

- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or other relevant Oracle certifications.

- Experience with modern integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Informatica, or ODI.

- Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
