Frontend Principal Architect - React.js/Next.js

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and evolve front-end architecture for web and mobile platforms using React.js, Next.js, and React Native

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs

- Provide technical leadership and code-level guidance to front-end teams

- Design and implement reusable UI components and scalable design systems

- Enforce high standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure best practices across projects

- Lead front-end technology evaluation and introduce modern tools and frameworks

- Stay hands-on with developmentthis role is not limited to oversight

- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences

- Mentor developers and grow technical capabilities within the team

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 10+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in front-end engineering

- Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js

- Proven experience in mobile development using React Native (Flutter is a plus)

- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Demonstrated experience with responsive UI, mobile-first design, and performance tuning

- Sound understanding of REST APIs and effective data handling in UI

- Strong version control and workflow experience with Git and CI/CD practices
