Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Lead / Architect Angular to design and build high-performance, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular development, frontend architecture, UI performance optimization, and team leadership. This role requires ownership of frontend architecture decisions, driving engineering best practices, and mentoring development teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performing frontend architectures using Angular.

- Lead end-to-end frontend development for enterprise-grade web applications.

- Define coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for frontend development.

- Build responsive, reusable, and optimized UI components for modern web applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, backend teams, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

- Ensure application performance, speed optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Drive architectural decisions related to frontend frameworks, state management, and component design.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.

- Mentor and guide frontend developers, helping them improve technical capabilities and development practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI, performance, and integration issues.

- Implement secure coding practices and ensure frontend application security.

- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong experience in Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.

- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns.

- Experience with state management tools such as NgRx, RxJS, or similar frameworks.

- Proficiency in building reusable components and scalable UI libraries.

- Experience with REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.

- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and debugging tools.

- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.

- Knowledge of frontend security practices and secure coding standards.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Micro Frontend architecture.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of modern frontend ecosystems and tools like Webpack, Vite, or Nx.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
