We are seeking an experienced Front End Engineer with 6 to 11 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ES6+ JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, and a proven ability to architect and deploy modern front-end solutions. This senior role requires technical expertise in building reusable UI components and a passion for mentoring junior engineers and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, build, and deploy scalable, reusable, and maintainable applications that are optimized to handle large amounts of data.

- Write new, modular UI components across various applications using Web Components.

- Perform in-depth code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, contributing to their professional growth and development.

- Stay updated on the latest front-end technologies and best practices, and effectively teach new concepts to the team.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into a seamless user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-11 years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years of solid coding experience with ES6+ JavaScript.

- Expertise in the latest web standards, including HTML5 and CSS3.

- Proven experience building applications using modern tooling such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.

- A strong understanding of application performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
