The ideal candidate will play a key role in building accessible, reusable UI components and advising stakeholders on frontend architecture and best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Web Components / Lit and Shadow DOM or similar frontend technologies.

- Excellent proficiency in TypeScript and CSS, with experience designing clear and stable APIs for standalone components.

- Deep understanding of WCAG standards and accessible component design.

- Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade design systems, including tokens, theming, and governance models.

- Comfortable working with Figma (design assets, tokens) and Storybook (documentation and demos).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and advise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain reusable, accessible Web Components.

- Own and evolve the frontend design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

- Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and engineers to translate design into robust UI components.

- Establish and enforce best practices for accessibility, performance, and maintainability.

- Document components and usage guidelines using Storybook.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance across frontend initiatives.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with Yarn, Vite, ESLint, Prettier, and Node.js.

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Web Test Runner and Axe.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
