Frontend Developer - React.js/Javascript

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript to build scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The role involves developing reusable UI components, optimising frontend performance, integrating applications with backend services, and ensuring a seamless user experience across devices and browsers.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Build reusable UI components and frontend modules using component-based architecture.

- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.

- Implement state management, routing, form handling, and client-side validation.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional interfaces.

- Optimise application performance, loading speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Identify and resolve frontend bugs, rendering issues, and performance bottlenecks.

- Implement secure frontend development practices, including appropriate authentication flows and

protection of sensitive application data.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to frontend development standards.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and frontend quality assurance.

- Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless application functionality and delivery.

Requirements :

- 68 years of experience in frontend development, with strong hands-on expertise in React.js.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices.

- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, component lifecycle, reusable components, and state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Experience with frontend routing, API integration, asynchronous operations, and error handling.

- Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.

- Experience with frontend testing tools and frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Good understanding of web performance optimisation, browser compatibility, and debugging tools.

- Familiarity with Git, build tools, package managers, and frontend CI/CD workflows.

- Working knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices concepts to facilitate effective

collaboration and integration with backend systems.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
