Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Microsoft 365 Outlook Add-in development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade Outlook Add-ins using Office.js, Fluent UI, and Microsoft 365 Unified Manifest. This role requires developing dynamic, schema-driven user interfaces and configurable frameworks capable of rendering forms and dialogs from JSON schemas or API-driven configurations.

Key Responsibilities :

Front-End Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and TypeScript.

- Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.

- Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces following modern development standards.

- Optimize application performance and user experience.

Microsoft 365 Outlook Add-in Development :

- Develop and maintain Outlook Add-ins using Office.js.

- Create and manage task panes, ribbon commands, and add-in manifests.

- Work with Microsoft 365 Unified Manifest configurations.

- Integrate Outlook Add-ins with enterprise backend systems and APIs.

Schema-Driven UI Framework Development :

- Design and develop configuration-driven and schema-driven form rendering frameworks.

- Dynamically generate Fluent UI dialogs and forms using JSON schemas or API-delivered field definitions.

- Build reusable components that eliminate hardcoded form implementations.

- Support the development of the Configurable Write-Back Action Framework.

Integration & Performance :

- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and enterprise services.

- Handle Outlook Add-in constraints including sandboxing, asynchronous APIs, and context-aware operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve UI, integration, and performance issues.

- Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, architects, backend developers, and QA teams.

- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design.

- Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with Office.js and Outlook Add-in development.

- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 Add-in Framework (Manifest, Task Pane, Ribbon Commands).

- Experience with Microsoft 365 Unified Manifest.

- Strong expertise in Fluent UI for Microsoft 365 applications.

- Knowledge of Outlook Add-in constraints including sandboxing, asynchronous APIs, and context handling.

- Experience building schema-driven or configuration-driven UI frameworks.

- Experience rendering Fluent UI dialogs dynamically from JSON schemas or API-based field definitions.

- Strong understanding of REST API integrations.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Microsoft Graph API.

- Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.

- Experience developing enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 applications.
