Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with 8 to 10 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in JavaScript, React, and modern frontend development practices, with strong understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and cloud-based deployment workflows.

This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work at the client location in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Designing and developing high-quality, responsive web interfaces using JavaScript, React, and HTML/CSS

- Implementing state management solutions such as Redux for scalable application architecture

- Working with Next.js for server-side rendering and modern frontend performance enhancements

- Integrating REST APIs and collaborating with backend teams to ensure seamless data flows

- Ensuring application performance using techniques such as lazy loading and code optimization

- Conducting unit testing using JUnit or related testing frameworks to ensure code reliability

- Troubleshooting and debugging frontend issues across environments and devices

- Managing version control workflows using Git and collaborating via pull requests and code reviews

- Working with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment

- Contributing to containerized deployments using Docker and cloud services like AWS CloudFront

- Ensuring adherence to coding standards, UI/UX guidelines, and security best practices

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, backend engineering, QA, and DevOps

- Maintaining clear documentation for components, workflows, and processes

- Staying updated with emerging frontend trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skillsets :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Extensive experience with React.js and related libraries

- Hands-on experience with Redux, Next.js, and modern frontend architectures

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility

- Proven experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows

- Practical knowledge of performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting

- Experience with GitHub, Git workflows, and collaborative development practices

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and deployment automation

- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development

- Exposure to AWS services, especially CloudFront and cloud application workflows

- Strong problem-solving skills and debugging capabilities

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder interaction skills

- Passion for technology, clean coding practices, and continuous improvement

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in frontend web development

- Ability to join on or before 19th December 2025

- Willingness to work on-site at the client location in Bangalore
