Frontend Developer - React (Immediate joiner)

The Problem We're Solving :

User interfaces are the bridge between human cognition and computational power. Every millisecond of lag, every broken interaction, every inconsistent state represents friction between human intent and machine capability. We're building interfaces that eliminate this friction entirely.

What You'll Build :

You'll architect and implement React applications that handle complex state transitions, real-time data flows, and AI-driven interactions. This isn't about building forms and buttonsit's about creating interfaces that can scale from prototype to production while maintaining sub-50ms response times.

Core Systems :

- React applications with TypeScript that handle concurrent state updates

- State management architectures using Redux, Zustand, or custom solutions

- API integration layers for REST and GraphQL with intelligent caching

- Responsive UI systems built on Tailwind with consistent design tokens

- Cross-browser compatibility solutions that work on 99%+ of target devices

- Component libraries that other teams can compose and extend

Technical Requirements :

Must Have :

- AI-assisted development workflow (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)

- React + TypeScript proficiency with hooks, context, and performance optimization

- Next.js experience including SSR, SSG, and API routes

- State management patterns : when to use local state vs global state vs server state

- Asynchronous data handling : promises, async/await, error boundaries

- Modern CSS : Tailwind, CSS Grid, Flexbox, and responsive design principles

- Build tooling : Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn ecosystem

- Git workflows : branching, merging, code review, CI/CD integration

Strongly Preferred :

- Testing : Jest, React Testing Library, end-to-end testing strategies

- Performance debugging : React DevTools, Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals

- Accessibility : ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation patterns
