Frontend Developer - React.js

We are a fast-growing tech-driven company seeking two experienced Frontend Developers to join our product development team. This is a high-priority and fully hands-on role, where you will work on critical client-facing applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies.

Responsibilities :

- Design and build scalable, high-performance UI components using React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

- Implement robust state management using Redux, React Query, or Zustand.

- Build intuitive and consistent interfaces with Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or equivalent UI frameworks.

- Integrate with REST APIs and collaborate with backend teams.

- Optimize frontend performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.

- Follow best practices in clean code architecture, code reviews, and automated testing.

- Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.

- Work in a fast-paced Agile development environment.

Requirements :

- Experience Required : 5 to 8 Years.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Proficiency in Redux, React Query, or similar state management libraries.

- Experience with Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or other modern UI frameworks.

- Exposure to tools like Webpack, Vite, ESLint, and Prettier.

- Integration of RESTful APIs.

- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and performance optimization.

- Comfortable using Git and working in CI/CD environments.

- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library for test-driven development.

Mandatory Screening Criteria :

- Must have worked in mid to large-sized organizations.

- Experience working in development teams of at least 5 members.

- Must NOT be from companies with < 100 employees.

- No freelance-only or self-taught profiles will be considered.

- This is a purely hands-on coding role - architects, tech leads, and managers not actively coding will not be considered.

- Candidates from startups must have prior experience in structured mid/large enterprises.

- No profiles focused only on UI/UX design or prototyping will be accepted.
