Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with a team of developers to architect, build, maintain, and design more functional, cohesive features to enhance our existing software solutions

- Write efficient, high-quality, modular, and performant code that follows best programming practices (Test-driven development of code that ensures compliance, data protection and meets security standards)

- Plan the layout of the website/application and ensure that it is optimized for different devices

- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

- Work with cross-functional teams such as back-end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers, etc. to:

- Ensure all components of web production are coherent and consistent

- Ideate innovative solutions to develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends

- Actively contribute towards the improvement of UI/UX across projects

Keep job knowledge up-to-date to better assist other team members as needed by:

- Studying best practices, new development tools, programming techniques, software approaches & structures

- Learning new programming languages

- Explore and leverage modern AI tools and platforms to enhance development workflows and improve user experience across projects

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 1+ years' experience in Front-end Development

Willing to relocate to Gurugram :

- In-depth understanding of web development cycle, as well as programming techniques and tools

Knowledge of UI design principles. Hands-on experience will be a plus

- Knowledge of software development life cycle phases, best practices, and Agile Software Development

- Solid OOP and software design expertise to create software that is extensible, reusable, and meets specified architectural objectives

- Good project management skills with focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge and proficiency in :

- HTML, CSS, ReactJS, TypeScript and its core design principles

- JavaScript, jQuery, Hooks (ReactJS) and Responsive Web Design

- Redux, Next.js

- Knowledge of JavaScript Design Patterns

- AJAX and JavaScript DOM manipulation techniques

- Source control systems such as GIT
