Responsibilities :

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in developing OTBI and BI reports.

- Proficient in designing and developing Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions.

- Strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks.

- Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated understanding of business processes and data structures in HCM modules.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Experience in troubleshooting BI reports, performance tuning, and data visualization.

- Capable of independently handling end-to-end report development and enhancements.
