Responsibilities :


- Define the frontend architecture vision for Anaira's AI-native insurance platform, with a focus on scalability, modularity, and seamless integration of microfrontends and UI widgets.


- Reimagine how user experiences should evolve in an AI-first landscape, building adaptive, intelligent, and highly customizable interfaces.


Requirements :


- 6+ years in frontend engineering with significant experience in architecting large-scale, modular frontend systems.


Core Technical Skills :


- Micro, frontend architectures (Module Federation, Single-SPA, Webpack/Rollup/Vite ecosystems).


- Widget-based frameworks for embeddable and reusable UI components.


- Modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) with deep expertise in React preferred.


- TypeScript, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil), and design system architecture.


- REST/GraphQL integrations and real-time event-driven UIs (WebSockets, SSE).


- Performance optimisation, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.


- CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications, automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).


AI-Native Frontend Expertise :


- Designing conversational, AI-augmented interfaces (chat, copilots, assistants).


- Embedding LLM-driven components (dynamic forms, contextual help, generative dashboards).


- Data visualisation, insight surfacing, and adaptive UI personalisation using AI/ML outputs.


Leadership :


- Define and maintain a cohesive design system and frontend architecture strategy.


- Partner with backend/AI teams to ensure smooth integration of microfrontends with event-driven backend services.


- Mentor engineers and establish best practices for scalable, AI-driven UI development.


Nice-to-have :


- Experience with WebAssembly (WASM) for high-performance frontend tasks.


- Low-code/no-code interface builders or extensible UI frameworks.


- Insurance domain experience to tailor UI workflows for underwriting, claims, and policy management.
