About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performing, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership, set coding standards, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, design, and implement application architecture using Java/J2EE technologies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Lead design sessions, code reviews, and architecture reviews.

- Establish best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and DevOps.

- Select appropriate frameworks, tools, and technologies to meet project needs.

- Ensure applications are secure, high-performing, and maintainable.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and engineers.

- Oversee integration with databases, APIs, cloud services, and third-party systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 35 years in an architect role.

- Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Solid knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).

- Hands-on experience with databases

- Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture principles, and security best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js).

- Familiarity with Big Data, AI/ML integrations, or event-driven architectures.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Certification in Java, Cloud, or Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
