What You'll Be Doing :

- Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications that solve complex business problems.

- Drive end-to-end system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making for backend platforms and distributed systems.

- Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based applications using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern backend technologies.

- Define High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering best practices.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs, serverless applications, and event-driven architectures to support high-volume transactions.

What We're Looking For :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js.

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and backend application development.

- Strong expertise in System Design, Software Architecture, and designing scalable distributed systems.

- Experience designing and developing Microservices and Event-Driven Architectures.

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, concurrency, and scalable backend systems.

- Experience building high-performance REST APIs and serverless applications.

- Strong proficiency working with Relational Databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL Databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB/Redis).

- Strong understanding of API security, authentication, authorization (JWT/OAuth), and secure coding practices.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, including services like EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, SQS, or SNS.

- Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.
