Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Frappe Developer with 3-6 years of experience to design, develop, and customize ERP solutions using the Frappe framework and ERPNext.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in module development, system customization, integrations, and support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ERP modules and applications using the Frappe framework and ERPNext

- Tailor ERP solutions to meet business-specific needs and industry standards

- Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, reports, and dashboards

- Create new modules or extend existing ones to enhance ERP system functionality

- Configure the Frappe ERP system to align with business workflows and processes

- Integrate Frappe ERP with external systems (e.g, CRM, accounting, e-commerce) using APIs and webhooks

- Develop scripts and automation tools to optimize ERP processes

- Perform thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure system stability and performance

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations

- Provide support and training to end-users on Frappe ERP functionalities and best practices

- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and end-users on ERPNext features and improvements

- Stay updated with Frappe framework and ERPNext advancements, implementing best practices

- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams for seamless ERP implementation

- Ensure compliance with ERP best practices and industry standards

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Proven experience with the Frappe framework and ERPNext

- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and SQL

- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React)

- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and deployment strategies

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks for system integrations

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex ERP issues
