About the Department :

The FTT Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) develops and supports Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation solutions that improve efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce business risk across multiple lines of business. The team brings together software engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, deliver, and support scalable enterprise solutions. Working within established governance and architecture standards, the team promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Joining the team provides opportunities to work with modern AI technologies, low-code platforms, and enterprise-scale automation programs.

Core Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable AI/automation solutions using enterprise AI/automation platforms to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Build reusable components aligned to CoE standards.

- Perform testing and support deployments.

- Enhance automation frameworks and accelerator libraries.

- Analyse processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Create functional and technical solution designs.

- Maintain technical documentation.

Strategic Responsibilities:

- Design secure, scalable, compliant solutions.

- Provide production support for automation solutions.

- Improve solution reliability and performance.

- Resolve incidents and support root cause analysis.

- Use AI tools for development, testing, and debugging.

- Validate AI-generated outputs.

- Embed AI capabilities into automation solutions.

Team & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with business and technology teams.

- Partner with architects and product teams.

- Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies.

- Share knowledge and reusable assets.

- Deliver outcome-based automation solutions.

- Develop proofs of concept and AI tools.

- Manage assigned projects and escalate risks early.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role:

Experience, Education & Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline (Master's preferred).

- 2 - 4 years of automation, AI, or software engineering experience.

- Experience within enterprise automation or CoE environments.

- Knowledge of process mining, workflow optimization, or BPM tools.

- Exposure to Azure, AWS, and cloud-based services.

- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-assisted development.

Tech Stack:

- Generative AI platforms, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, OAuth, Prompt Engineering.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Agile mindset and continuous learning focus.

- Stay current on advancements in GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation.

Work Schedule & Location :

- Standard working hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

- Work arrangement: On-site, Hyderabad.
