Founding Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement machine learning models, ETL workflows, and NLP-based automation tools.

- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver scalable systems.

- Lead code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior developers.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Integrate cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Redis, Kafka) for continuous delivery and performance optimization.

Technical Skills :

- Languages/Frameworks : Python, Django, FastAPI, Flask, Django Rest Framework, Angular.

- Cloud & DevOps : AWS, Azure, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Nginx, Linux, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

- Tools & Techniques : ETL, Web Scraping, Machine Learning, NLP, Selenium, Jira, Unit Testing

- Specialized Experience : Finance Systems, Recommendation Engines, Process Automation Bots, Cloud Storage Solutions

Experience :

- Proven record of architecting secure and scalable backend systems integrated with modern UI frameworks.

- Strong background in code quality enforcement, performance tuning, and technical documentation.
