We're building a next-generation AI platform to transform how legal professionals research, analyze, and make decisions-eliminating inefficiencies in case law discovery, precedent analysis, and legal intelligence.

We're looking for a Founding AI Engineer / Software Developer to join us as a Founding Partner and co-build this venture with us.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions utilizing advanced Generative AI models and algorithms.

- Apply techniques such as Vector Search Utility and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to develop scalable systems.

- Work with Generative AI Models like OpenAI ChatGPT, Llama, Claude 2, and integrate them into real-world applications.

- Develop microservices using Flask or Django and deploy systems on Azure, AWS, or GCP (experience in at least one cloud platform is essential).

- Collaborate on prompt engineering, knowledge extraction, and data processing optimizations.

- Employ deep learning architectures and machine learning techniques to drive innovation, with proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Handle data preprocessing, cleaning, and preparation for AI models.

- Work closely with the founding team to drive product and technology strategy.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.

- Proficient in Vector Search Utility, RAG, and knowledge mining from diverse sources.

- Solid experience in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
