Founding Platform Engineering Lead

Mission :

Build the core DeciOps platform that powers operational decision-making across enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities :

- Design and build the DeciOps platform architecture

- Develop Workflow Engine, Decision Engine, Governance & Audit framework

- Design multi-tenant SaaS and on-prem deployment architecture

- Build reusable services, APIs, authentication and security

- Own cloud architecture, scalability and platform reliability

- Mentor engineering team and establish engineering best practices
