You will work directly with enterprise clients to deploy, customize, and scale AI/ML solutions in their environments.

What You'll Do :

- Deploy and integrate LLM / Agentic AI solutions directly within enterprise client environments.

- Build customer-facing voice AI features and AI-powered workflows on AWS.

- Own technical onboarding, integration, and configuration for new enterprise accounts.

- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Act as a technical bridge between Aivar's product team and customer engineering teams.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in customer-facing AI deployments.

Must Have :

- LLM / Agentic AI - production deployment and integration experience.

- Voice AI - building and deploying customer-facing voice solutions.

- AWS Solution Engineering - running client-facing technical engagements.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Prior forward deployment or solutions engineering experience.

- Exposure to enterprise SaaS integration patterns.

- Experience handling high-scale customer deployments.
