About the Role :

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers. You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their business and technical challenges and translate them into robust, production-ready technology solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership, building scalable systems, and operating in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do :

- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.

- Design, build, deploy, and scale high-performance, concurrent, and fault-tolerant systems.

- Own core systems end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and improvement.

- Work across backend systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.

- Design and develop scalable microservices and distributed systems.

- Translate product and business requirements into production-ready software.

- Build and integrate APIs, messaging systems, and asynchronous workflows.

- Ensure system performance, observability, reliability, and scalability.

- Debug complex issues across applications, infrastructure, and integrations.

- Contribute to engineering standards and best practices in a high-ownership environment.

What We're Looking For :

- 1 - 3 years of experience building production-grade software systems.

- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.

- Strong programming skills in Java or Golang.

- Good understanding of system design and software architecture.

- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, messaging systems, and asynchronous design.

- Understanding of concurrency and distributed-system fundamentals.

- Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into practical technical solutions.

- High ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently.

- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Experience with high-scale or low-latency distributed systems.

- Experience in a B2B technology company or high-growth startup.

- Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, LLM applications, or agentic systems.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and production infrastructure.

- Experience taking products or systems from 0 - 1.

- Interest in financial markets and technology-driven financial products.
