Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Forward Deployed AI Engineer to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and high-impact enterprise reality. In this role, you will act as the primary technical architect on the front lines, working directly with high-stakes clients to integrate sophisticated AI solutions into their existing ecosystems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and executive stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable, agentic AI workflows. By deploying robust systems in real-world environments, you will directly influence the digital transformation trajectory of our clients, ensuring that AI initiatives move beyond prototypes to deliver measurable, long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end Agentic AI systems that automate complex decision-making processes for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration with legacy infrastructure.

- Design and implement advanced RAG pipelines to optimize information retrieval and contextual accuracy, significantly enhancing the quality of AI-driven insights for end users.

- Lead the full AI lifecycle management process, from initial model selection and fine-tuning to production monitoring and iterative performance optimization.

- Orchestrate microservices-based architectures on cloud platforms to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of AI deployments across diverse client environments.

- Serve as the technical authority during client engagements, translating intricate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps that align with strategic business outcomes.

- Manage the integration of large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, and Vertex AI to solve domain-specific problems, ensuring compliance with enterprise-grade security and governance standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and maintaining enterprise-grade AI systems, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end AI lifecycle from development to production.

- Proven ability to design and deploy complex Agentic AI and RAG frameworks that solve real-world business problems within high-pressure consulting environments.

- Strong proficiency in cloud computing and microservices architecture, with the ability to build resilient, scalable systems that integrate smoothly with existing enterprise stacks.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations throughout the deployment lifecycle.

- High degree of adaptability and professional maturity, with the ability to thrive in a client-facing, fast-paced environment that requires frequent travel or on-site presence.

- A strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact technical projects over a 10 - 15 year career span.
