- Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Java 8 and Spring framework (Spring Core, Spring Boot).

- Design, implement, and optimize Microservice-based architectures for high scalability and performance.

- Implement Spring Security for authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using JUnit and mocking frameworks.

- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for code quality and maintainability.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Lead design discussions and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Java 8

- Spring Boot

- Microservices architecture

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with container-based architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with mocking frameworks for unit testing.

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Java applications.

Experience :

- 812 years of experience in Java development.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing Microservices and enterprise-level applications.

- Prior experience in mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives
