Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

- Perform data modeling, create DAX measures, and optimize Power BI datasets for performance and usability.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Ensure scheduled refreshes, data accuracy, and performance optimization of dashboards and data models.

- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Document data models, processes, and analytical findings for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or BI Engineer.

- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing optimized, complex queries).

- Hands-on experience in Power BI including :

- Data modeling

- DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)

- Dashboard design and visualization best practices

- Scheduled refresh and usage optimization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
