Flyers Soft - Application Engineer - Enterprise Risk Domain

Description :

- Conduct technical discussions, design workshops, and solution reviews with internal stakeholders and clients.

- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.

- Collaborate closely with business and risk teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to risk governance frameworks, model validation processes, and compliance standards.

- Oversee database design, integration, and performance optimization across relational and non-relational platforms.

- Drive best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to engineering teams.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and risk management trends.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Programming Expertise : Strong command of .NET, Java, and Python.

- Cloud Technologies : Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.

- Databases : Proven experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and exposure to NoSQL platforms.

- Domain Knowledge : Exposure to Enterprise Risk domains such as :

1. Credit Risk

2. Fraud Risk

3. Operational Risk

4. Liquidity & Market Risk

5. Risk Modeling and Analytics

- Experience in model risk governance or validation processes is a strong plus.

- Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality

outcomes.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
