Position Overview :

We are hiring an experienced Flutter Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Dart, state management tools like Riverpod, Provider, and BLoC, and building high-performance mobile applications.

Prior startup or founding engineer experience of at least 1 year is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant Flutter applications for Android and iOS.

- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into clean and efficient code.

- Implement state management using Riverpod, Provider, or BLoC based on project needs.

- Optimize application performance, address bugs, and ensure seamless user experience.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and product brainstorming sessions.

- Collaborate in an agile startup environment with a strong ownership mindset.

- Stay up to date with the latest Flutter tools, libraries, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-8 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart.

- Strong proficiency in state management techniques : Riverpod, Provider, BLoC (any two mandatory).

- Solid understanding of Flutter widgets, animations, testing, and architecture patterns (MVC/MVVM/Clean Architecture).

- Experience integrating REST APIs, third-party services, and platform-specific SDKs.

- Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and app optimization.

Mandatory :

- Minimum 1+ years of experience working in a startup environment or as a founding engineer.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Bangalore.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps.

- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development.

- Familiarity with Firebase services.

- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture or modular app design.
