Flutter Developer - Dart Programming

Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer to lead the development and optimisation of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter, a deep understanding of mobile architecture, and the ability to deliver high-performance, scalable apps.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).

- Lead end-to-end mobile development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Optimise application performance, responsiveness, and stability.

- Implement clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.

- Stay updated with the latest Flutter features, libraries, and mobile development trends.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2-3 years in Flutter.

- Strong command of Dart, Flutter widgets, state management (Provider/Bloc/GetX), and async programming.

- Experience with native Android/iOS development is a strong plus.

- Understanding of CI/CD, mobile architecture patterns (MVVM/MVC/Clean Architecture).

- Hands-on experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and app store deployments.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
