Description :

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our fast-growing startup. You will work closely with founders, product, and design teams to build and scale high-impact mobile products from scratch. This role requires strong ownership, speed, and a builder mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and ship production-grade mobile apps using Flutter (Android & iOS)

- Take end-to-end ownership of features from idea to release

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

- Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and SDKs

- Debug issues quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Continuously improve app performance and user experience

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart

- Experience working in a startup or product-based environment

- Shipped live Android and iOS apps

- Solid understanding of state management (Bloc / Provider / Riverpod)

- Experience with REST API integration

- Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor

Good to Have :

- Experience building products from scratch

- Firebase (Auth, Push Notifications, Analytics)

- CI/CD exposure for mobile apps

- Basic understanding of backend or system design

- Experience scaling apps with growing user base
