Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance backend services using Go (Golang).

- Architect and implement scalable and reliable microservices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, QA) to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvement.

- Integrate with various data stores, APIs, and third-party services.

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across distributed systems.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in the Go ecosystem and broader backend landscape.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Go (Golang).

- Strong knowledge of Go's standard library and common Go frameworks/tools.

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Proficiency in working with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of microservices architecture, concurrency, and distributed systems.

- Experience with version control (Git).
