About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Flowable Developer to join our team and help build scalable workflow and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Flowable BPM and the ability to design, integrate, and optimize complex process flows in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy BPMN workflows, CMMN case models, and DMN decision tables using Flowable.

- Build and enhance REST API integrations with internal and external applications.

- Develop microservices and backend components using Java and Spring Boot.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Flowable engines for performance, scalability, and stability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end workflow solutions.

- Maintain documentation, best practices, and reusable components.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flowable BPM or similar BPM platforms.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Good understanding of workflow automation concepts and microservice architecture.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
